Haha not really though…but since I do have a bit of knowledge of coffee making and what makes a good cappuccino, then probably I’ll be a bit more judgemental, but I’ll still drink the coffee. Previously, I had mentioned before that I was taking a barista course. I did it and it was absolutely fun and experience. Majority of the class was practical, that’s a good way to teach people. It was more enjoyable since I did it with a friend and her sister. I could say that we made a lot of mess in our area, keeping spilling coffee when we trying to bring it to the middle table and stretching the milk till it over flows to the floor. We did clean after ourselves. During the progress, we (the class) did become more accustomed on making coffees, that’s what the teacher said. The last lesson was taking orders from the whiteboard. The teacher listed 5 coffees and make what we have learnt. Lucky for the 3 of us we worked as a team. Taking turns on making the espresso, foaming the milk and pouring to make the correct coffee.
The end of the day, we got our certificate of completion, clothing smelled like coffee and hungry. The experience was fun. I also booked myself in to do a coffee art course. So, I cannot wait for it.
